We require a 50% deposit and a signed contract before your piece is fully reserved for rentals and custom. The rest of the payment is due at the latest one week before delivery of mural.

Rentals: After we have the deposit and signed contract you are all set!

Custom design:

​After an initial consolation meeting, we will send you a proposal with a contract to sign. The proposal will also include; mood board and a composition sketch.

Once we have both the deposit and signed contract we continue working on the design process with you.

Returns
We do no accept returns on Design & Keep, Rentals or Design & Rent options. ​
We do accept returns on items purchased from our collection through Etsy up to 7 days after delivery. (As stated in our Etsy shop profile.)
If there is an issue upon delivery please reach out and we will work with you. ​
